ok - looks like to Samba and Windows servers level 0x105 or 0x106 might
work here and return a unique number for an inode - although Samba only
uses the low 32 bits as inode num which may cause collisions on systems in
which unsigned long (the size of the i_ino field) is longer than 32 bits..
Hard part is finding the exact layout for these two frames.
