There is mod_ntlm as extension of existing mod_auth_ntlm (old, outdated,
on sf.net) created by Einar Otto Stangvik. It uses ntlm_auth.
There is also ntlm_auth support in mod_midgard for Midgard content
management framework which allows to authenticate users coming to
Midgard-powered Apache via ntlm_auth against your domain, including AD.
It is ongoing work but at least for Midgard it is already in production
for about 9 months.
