compile samba 2.2.9 with same error

so i'm getting same incomplete type error in 2.2.9 as in 3.0


Using LIBS = -lssl -lcrypto -lsec -lgen -lsocket -lnsl  -ldl

whats causing this? i searched on google and some people have the same problem.. but as usual
no resolutions have been posted.
