The IDL for RegQueryValueEx was incorrect until very recently. It has since
been corrected however PIDL has a problem with resolving size_is/length_is
expressions that referenced members appearing /after/ the member with the
size_is/length_is expression. I believe Andrew has a fix in the works so
check SVN for recent PIDL updates.

Eventually I have to polish up the C stub emitter for my compiler and try to
push that. It handles the odd constructs pretty well and it would be great
if we were all using midl compatible IDL.
