Bugs in WinXP -> Samba4 domain join: No more endpoints

Well, this happened because I removed DRSUAPI from the pipes in the
smb.conf.  That is, when I set things back to defaults, I now get
further, and I think I'm now chasing the 'access denied' that mezte
wants me to look at.
