Bugs in WinXP -> Samba4 domain join: No more endpoints

I've been trying to help metze with his efforts to make our kerberos
code handle DCE/RPC connections, and the current test for this is a
WinXP -> Samba4 domain join.  It should, I'm told, make a kerberos
connection to the DRSUAPI pipe.

In any case, I don't get any further than the End Point Mapper, as the
windows client complains 'There are not more endopoint available from
the endpoint mapper'.  

The RPC-EPMAPPER test passes, but I can't make any sense of the ethereal
output, and clearly windows as a client isn't happy.
