[PATCH] Add Sleep command to Samba4's nbench

Just a simple patch to add a Sleep command to nbench.  Very useful for
trying to reproduce workloads (especially along with the pcap2nbench
tool in examples/).

I'm sending to the list to get input on using usleep.  Since most delays
are going to be small it seems like the logical choice but I imagine we
might want something more.  Any thoughts?
