We must store the time the user was locked out, for each user. This 
information is specific to each user and so, must be store in 
SAM_ACCOUNT structure and as the structure is directly dump into tdb 
files, we will got many problems.
IMHO, it is not a good idea to create a second table to store the 
records containing lockout time, if it is what you think...
