please create/update SWAT i18n msg file

Hello,

I send this mail to the maintainer of msg file for Samba 3.0 SWAT and
samba-technical at samba.org.

The SWAT i18n feature will be included with the next release of 
Samba 3.0 (maybe Samba 3.0.1). 

In Samba 3.0.1, to create the proper msg file for your language, SWAT
messeges will be displayed in your language. Currently there are 7 msg
files: de.msg, en.msg, fr.msg, it.msg, ja.msg, pl.msg, tr.msg. 

I updated the en.msg, template msg file and ja.msg for current Samba
3.0 CVS. The other msg files need to be updated to fill and modify
messeges for current Samba 3.0 CVS tree.

Also if you like to create a new language file, you can create to copy
en.msg and fill proper strings in your language.

This is a tar+gz file.

Please untar and unzip it, pick up and update/create your msg file and
send it to me if you could.

Remember that they are suitable for current Samba 3.0 CVS tree and 
that they do not work well with current Samba 3.0.0.
