File Access Problem

Hello All

 I am accessing files stored on a Unix box, from a W2K/NT box 
using Samba Server(installed on Unix box).

Now I need to access Files stored on the W2K/NT box from a Unix box.
Can I use Samba installed on my Unix box to access files stored on W2K/NT
box?

Or is there any other solution through which I can access files stored 
on W2K/NT box from my Unix box.

Kindly provide me some inputs.
