cannot access LDAP when not root or BUG #281

following Error in CVS from 23.08.2003 Samba 3.0:
 
ldapsam_search_one_group: Problem during the LDAP search: LDAP error: (Insufficent access)smbldap_open: cannot access LDAP when not root
 
The NT User Manager report an error "Access is denied"
 
The problem can be solved by a restart of smbd but a view Houres later the error occurs the next time.
 
Is it possible that the Bug #281 is not realy Fixed??
