Status of bug 324

I was wondering if the group could help me out and answer a couple of 
questions:

1.  Has *anybody* else experienced my problem outlined in my bug submission?
	a) Have you found a work-around or solution?

2.  Has anybody seen this bug in Samba 3?

3.  Honestly,  will this bug get worked on, or are 2.2.x bugs deemed 
insignificant with the soon to arive Samba 3 final release?
(Not being impatient.  Just wondering)  :-)
