Hate to replay to my own mail, but I throught just for completness, 
would add a little in ...

    Seeing the error that I recieved, I throught that I should try and 
join the domain using rpc intead of ads ...

    Leaving the domain ...
net ads leave
Removed 'DCTEST-01' from realm 'LEENX.CORP'

    Check creditals ...

    Check winbind secret ...

Could not check secret

    Plus I throught I would add one more thing ... do "smbclient -k -L 
scad01", I get ...

    Which is not happy with SMB signing ...
