Would this fix the problem I had reported previously, that with CUPS you
don't get new printers listed in the network neighbourhood, even after
clicking "update view" on clients? (new printers appear immediately in the
"printcap" automatically written and kept current by cupsd, but smbd needs
a restart to recognize and perpetuate this to the clients....)
