SAMBA as a PDC and CYGWIN

Hello,

I have installed SAMBA as a PDC .
When i try to create passwd file with cygwin : " mkgroup -d DOMAINE"
I get the following error : "LookupAccountName (\\CNNSLXCC, Domain Admins)
failed with error 1332".
Samba creates a smbpasswd file but there is no smbgroup in etc directory.
Is it the reason of the error ?

PS : (nis home dir = yes)
