printing issues with 3.0 alpha 17 (HEAD) / windows XP

I think the printing code should be up to date in HEAD now.
The server portion at least.  I think HEAD has been more advanced
wrt to client spoolss functionality for a while now (thanks to Tim) 
:-)  Let me know if you have problems with it.
