oplock_break: client failure in break - shutting down this smbd.

Hi,
I have problem with samba (2.2.2, 2.2.3a)
Some time I get (I think it only happens on win2ksp2), I didn't see it in 
logs for WinNT40SP6a
On both systems is MSOffice2000 with SP2:

   oplock_break: receive_smb error (Success)
   oplock_break failed for file 
FIRMA/zarzadzenia_zarzadu/ZZ_2001_04_inwentaryzacja.doc (dev = 812, inode 
= 1646447, file_id = 1118).
[2002/02/27 11:45:03, 0] smbd/oplock.c:oplock_break(843)
   oplock_break: client failure in break - shutting down this smbd.

Also I get connections.tdb corruption, as described in my previous mail:
connections.tdb corruption - samba 2.2.2, 2.2.3 +error code fix.

Any help appreciated.
