ADS integration net ads join fails, possibley wrong OU

Ok, I've just figured out that by doing net ads join Machines\/biomicro, 
I get the proper ou=biomicro,ou=Machines...

But I still get net: getvalues.c:93: ldap_get_values_len: Assertion 
`entry != ((void*)0)' failed.
