printcap name = cups doesn't work

I'm testing the latest CVS now; it's certainly possible that something
might be broken, but first make sure that your smb.conf file contains:

    printing = cups
    printcap name = cups

Originally, only the first line was required, then only the second,
but now maybe things have changed again...
