My 2.2 kernel source points to 
http://www.sucs.swan.ac.uk/~rohan/DECnet/ but hints that 2.3 will have
it integrated, so 2.4 probably has it.  I haven't had the need to upgrade
yet :)

Yeah.  I wonder if I'm in a position to test it?  Does win2k have
decnet support on the CD?
