WINS and international netbios names

I guess my point is that you should be able to do that.  If NT's WINS 
doesn't handle it correctly then it's a bug in NT.  The only other thing 
I can think of is that there is a character set conversion problem 
between the client and the NT WINS server.

You might try an adapter status on the NT box and see what raw binary
values the name uses.  Compare those against the binary of the name you 
are querying.  It should be enought to compare the 32-byte encoded forms 
to see if they are the same string of CACA.
