Indeed, if Netatalk contains any code under the old BSD
4 element licensing clause, then it's fundamentally
incompatible with the GPL and these parts must be either
re-licensed under a GPL friendly license (2 element BSD
or GPL) or re-written before we can donate any Samba code
to it.
