Ok, that's also implicit in the name, just wondering why you need to do it
at every run of the tool, I thought the correct way is to run it if the
group tdb is missing or if it is forced by acommandline switch.

While I have not tested it with other backends, pdbedit should work
without problems with any kind of password storage as it uses only
passdb wrappers calls.
