hi,

your acl and acl-devel packages from SGI is not up to date. they have
changed the location to sys/acl.h (the right place for).
get the current packages from

ftp://oss.sgi.com/projects/xfs/download/testing/Release-1.0.1-PR3/cmd_tars/
or
ftp://oss.sgi.com/projects/xfs/download/Release-1.0.1/cmd_tars/

where as the first one are source and the second are already compiled.

and again...
1. xfs related stuff (there is an order !)
2. samba

BTW: do not mix andreas´ code with SGI´ code
