Hello Ries,
I'm confused. if I set log level = 10, the type of messages I get look like
the following:

                         dir/filename     (line#)
                         VVVVVVVVVVVV      VVVV
[2001/06/08 09:34:14, 6] param/loadparm.c:(1906)  lp_file_list_changed()
  file /etc/opt/samba/smb.conf -> /etc/opt/samba/smb.conf  last mod_time:

what version of samba are you running that you don't see this?

Don

Subject: Line numbers in debug output

Hi,

I apologize if this has been asked a million times but is it possible to get

filename and line numbers in the debug output?
I have a problem with ACL support and want to track down where it actually
goes wrong but I have difficulties browsing true the code.

Ries
