RPC Failure Using NEXUS Server Manager/User Manager

Yes, another RPC failure message. :-) This time, it happened using the CVS
after Jeremy fixed the rpc_server/srv_srvsvc_nt.c and ntprinting.c problem.
I get it whenever I open up Server Manager, or User Manager. I am in the
process of testing this using Windows 2000. Here's a portion of my log, that
shows what happens when I try to open Server Manager:

[2001/07/02 17:15:23, 0] rpc_parse/parse_samr.c:sam_io_sam_dispinfo_2(1566)
  PANIC: assert failed at rpc_parse/parse_samr.c(1566)
[2001/07/02 17:15:23, 0] lib/util.c:smb_panic(1101)
  PANIC: assert failed
[2001/07/02 17:15:55, 0] rpc_parse/parse_samr.c:sam_io_sam_dispinfo_2(1566)
  PANIC: assert failed at rpc_parse/parse_samr.c(1566)
[2001/07/02 17:15:55, 0] lib/util.c:smb_panic(1101)
  PANIC: assert failed

The same exact thing happens when I open User Manager (except for the line
number, which becomes 1651), though I can see the user data in the window;
it just comes up with the RPC failed message, and all that happens when I
click ok is that the program closes. This description matches that of Eelco
Vriezekolk's description, but I don't want to remove an assert statement,
when I don't know what it does, nor whether it will have any impact upon
Windows 2000. Any ideas?
