I'm not either one who said that or a member of samba-team, but
I've heard that SWAT gettext()ifying patch will be merged into 2.2.x
release when I post it to samba-patches@ list.
(I thought x > 0.) It is not available from CVS now.

If this functionality is available, Turkish resource can also 
be added easily using gettext message catalog (text file).
However, since this patch is quite large, confliction of some other
trouble might occur when merging it, but I will be able to help
merging and testing.
