I believe there are plans to split the tdbs stored in the LOCKDIR
(most of them are now completely unrelated to locking) into a
config directory and a data directory.

Can anyone see any issues if someone upgrades from 2.0.7 to
2.whatever-version-using-fhs-stuff?  I should be a matter of
copying across the smb.conf and re-joining a domain if
necessary.
