New %D parameter.

Ok - I've added the %D parameter to Samba 2.2 and HEAD
CVS trees that represents the incoming domain from the
connecting user.

It's needed for winbindd auto-generated home directories
where you want to set the [homes] path to something that
includes the %D parameter so you can distinguish between
the home directories for users with the same username,
but different domains (the auto-generated share name for
both users will be the same, just the username).
