NetBIOS Name Syntax

Yes, I found this too.  This is because NT4 wants NetBIOS names to map to 
DNS names.  I *think* you can bypass this if you really want to, but it 
will cause NT to be annoyed.  W2K, I think, doesn't allow it at all.

Note that NT4 does allow an underscore, even though this is not the
preferred DNS syntax.  There's an interesting political war going on
there.
