More functionality added to tree.c

Hi,

The combination of tree.c and libsmbclient can now display all workgroups
on your network, all servers in a workgroup, all shares on a server (tested
with both Samba and Win95) and top level files and directories in a share
... (tested with Win95 and Samba ...)

Still lots of bugs and work to do, but it helps me inplement libsmbclient
and debug it.
