Share name longer than 13 characters with winbind and win95

This should be avoided with the new code Tridge has included to support
unicode, it is in HEAD just now.
I will test it asap as I was awaiting for that functionality for soo long
:)
If only vmware will work with 2.4.x kernels :)
If you want to test get HEAD branch from CVS.
