LDAP in Samba 2.2.2

I just commented out the displayName attribute in samba.schema and
everything seemed to run fine. But, I didn't runn 2.2.2 for that long, I
rolled back to samba 2.2.1a+LDAP patches, as the patches appeared to have
less bugs then 2.2.2, or maybe I was just used to them.
