ACLs on HPUX

sorry for not seeing it earlier.

HP-UX11.0 supports POSIX-ACLs! This requires JFS3.3 to be installed and the
filesystem being upgraded to Disklayout 4.

Which describe it for our supported version of samba called cifs/9000.
(We're currently on Samba2.0.9; Cifs A.01.08 == Samba2.2.2 release is near.)
But this should not matter. The smb.conf paramters and unix-settings are
quiet the same.
