Some (very) trivial changes for samba 2.2.1 (and beyond) releases:

- Remove .cvsignore files (stops "make distclean" from removing bin dir)
- Add libtool and include/stamp-h as files to remove for "make distclean"
- Do a "make proto" to make sure header files are up to date (not done in
2.2.0)

Makes it a little easier to generate patches. Keep up the great job!
