OK I've been testing winbind with the new fancy-schmancy smbd with 256 byte fstrings. Now the APPLIANCE_TNG branch seems to work OK but the SAMBA_TNG one is refusing to look up names of domain controllers. Looks like merge-time to me. Tim.
