It looks like you have not joined your NT domain.  For two reasons.
One, the file mydomain.com.MYHOST.mac should have been created when you
did, and two, I don't think you can name an NT domain with a '.' in it
like 'mydomain.com'.

That is your machine trust account password with your primary domain
controller.  Follow the directions in DOMAIN_MEMBER.txt for how to join 
a domain properly.
