BUG - SAMBA_2_2 Win9X profiles are broken

OK, I have found the problem. standard_sub_basic in lib/substitute.c does
not substitute %U, which gets left in the string that is sent to the client.

I am testing a fix now, which is to add the code to translate %U using
sesssetup_user, a global, but I wonder if there is a better way.
