lpq parsing support patch for NT/2000 and OS/2 systems

Anybody interested in lpq parsing support for NT, 2000, and OS/2 systems
running lpd? I know that they already have smb support themselves, but
this allows clients to go through only one server to find printers...
It does create two new "printing" configuration values, though: nt and os2.
