ok.  if there are more than 16 groups (appx 0x400 bytes) in a
samr_query_dispinfo infolevel-3 (groups) response, we get an RPC failed
error.

if anyone wants to see if they can track this down, feel free to.  i'm
back in again tomorrow morning on the test network.
