i had some memory uninitialisation issues after UNICODE strings, so i do
a memset(.. 0.. ) on all NDR marshalling, now.

this cleared up a lot of problems.  i've yet to test usrmgr.

thx 4 all the reports, keep 'em coming!  i'm getting a bit swamped by them
all, however, so i may just have to try to run through a series of tests
against NT and see what breaks, myself.
