You'll need to talk to Luke about this.  He merged it into SAMBA_TNG
and has taken the stance that it will be replaced by winbind
when it is released.  While true, you still need a rememdy in the
meantime.  Also, apparently Luke only uses RedHat 5.2 and 
pam_ntdom compiles fine on that :-)
