problems

I installed samba and it's work properly. I have a problem in changing
SMB password from another machine with SWAT. I can changed password only

if I logged in as root. I think I can change my password as a client ,
from SWAT , so I don't have to ask the root to do it anytime I want to
change the password. I know it's a minor problem but I didn't find it.
Hope that some of you had this problem and know the solutions
