Combining Samba and IP accounting

Hi.

I'm setting up a Linux firewall for a network of Windoze PCs.  I have Samba
running as a Domain Controller fine, with user level access.  I'm wondering
if there are standard solutions to doing IP accounting on a Samba-username
basis (and disabling net access from a machine when no-one is logged in).
I'm sure it is possible, but I haven't seen anything so far (seen ACUA and
UserIPAcct).
