NT Groups

Luke,

Can I propose that we only expose *mapped* groups on the NT side.

Most UNIX admins don't want all of their groups to show up under NT,
and the current behaviour is especially annoying when using Redhat
Linux which tends to create a group of the same name as each user -
resulting in lots of problems.
