Turkish Character Problem with SAMBA

Hello,
We are Turkish users of Samba. We have problem with Turkish characters
with Samba while writing filenames that includes Trukish caharcters on
Samba from Windows machines.
I prepared a Turkish cahracter set map and include it in charcnv.c. I
prepared this map as follows;
\xxx\yyy
where xxx and yyy are both octal. xxx is the character in MS-DOS Code
page 857 and yyy is the character in iso8859-9.
My first question is: Is it correct?
I also prepared codepage.857.
I compiled Samba with may charcnv.c
I set
character set=iso8859-9
client code page=857
log level=10 #to see if there is sometihn wrong
I started samba, and there is noting wrogn in log files. That is, it
recognized both iso8859-9 and 857.
But I still connot create files which includes Turkish characters on
Samba. What else do I have to do?
