NT4 sp4, anyone working on it?

You *NEVER* know with Microsoft and I doubt we could *PROVE* it.  I really
was just spouting, but I believe MS intentially breaks 3rd party software
and claims it was for other reasons.  Take the Win98 upgrade and DLL files
as an example...
