Logging from W2K SP2

I have been seeing this too - is it perhaps related to another Subject:
(see message from Andreas Moroder) in which a solution is presented
using "oplocks = true"?  

My system here is Samba 2.2.2 PDC and Win2K SP2.  I only see the
message occasionally.
