Can't gain access to the NT

I am able to see the Amiga on the NT Network Neighborhood however,

Socket access from NT denied!

I can't see the NT on the Amiga side....

From a CLI (control line interface) I type,

smbclient -L Laptop1 (laptop1 is the name of the NT4.0 laptop)
added interface ip=192.168.0.2 bcast=192.168.0.255 nmask=255.255.255.0
added interface ip=216.244.24.137 bcast=216.244.24.255 nmask=255.255.255.0
Password: (I simply type return as I don't know a password for the NT or the Amiga as I never set one??)
Anonymous login successful
Domain=[WORKGROUP] OS=[Windows NT 4.0] Server=[NT LAN Manager 4.0]

        Sharename        Type        Comment
        --------        -----        -------
Error returning browse list: ERRDOS - ERRnoaccess (Access Denied.)

        Server                Comment

        DAVID                Samba Server
        LAPTOP1

        Workgroup                Master
        --------                ------
        WORKGROUP                LAPTOP1

I am able to ping both ways using names and numbers...

NT4.0 = 192.168.0.1  Laptop1
Amiga = 192.168.0.2  DAVID

My question is,

Why is the NT (Laptop1) denying me access?
Because of a password?

Or something else??

Where is that set on both machines... and why would there be a password if I never gave either machine one?

Thanks..
