tdb status?

The main samtdb development has gone into HEAD.  The code
is 2.2 is probably (almost assuradly insufficient for 
production).  Any the only docs so far is the pdb_tdb.c 
file in HEAD and the various passdb threads in the samba-technical
mailing list archives.
